I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. I hold a Masters in Dance/Movement Therapy from Sarah Lawrence College. My experience includes therapeutic work focused on treating eating disorders, OCD, anxiety, and depression in various levels of care with tween, teen, and adult clients.
In sessions, I partner with my clients and empower them toward their goals, which may include healing their relationship with food and themselves, living in alignment with their values to ease symptoms of depression, or navigating fear and anxiety with confidence. I strive to support my clients with education, compassion, and curiosity throughout the treatment process.
Utilizing an individualized approach, I aim to provide clients with sustainable ways of coping, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I also utilize Habit Reversal Training to treat Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors such as skin-picking and Trichotillomania.
I am passionate about providing an LGBTQIA+ inclusive space and am committed to helping clients navigate the systems that affect their wellbeing.
